As part of its commitment to providing clients with retirement services, Gualario & Co., LLC, through its longstanding relationships with TD Ameritrade Institutional Services, allows clients to take advantage of the full range of permitted investment opportunities, by allowing them to acquire and hold in their retirement accounts certain non-publicly traded investments that are allowed by the IRS.

Because the law governing the types of investments permitted within retirement accounts is exclusive rather than inclusive, there is a specific list of investments that are prohibited. Gualario & Co. allows for acquisition or holding of IRS permitted, non-publicly traded investments in the following types of non-discretionary investment accounts: Retirement Trust Account, Traditional IRA, Rollover IRA, Roth IRA, Simple IRA, SEP IRA, Profit Sharing Plan, Money Purchase Pension Plan and Individual 401(k).
