Management

 

Mr. Gualario is the founder of Gualario & Co. and is responsible for the management and oversight of the firm and the transaction of its investment advisory business.  Prior to forming Gualario & Co., Mr. Gualario provided various consulting services to the investment advisory division of J.P. Morgan and the legal department of PaineWebber.  He also provided consulting services to the law firms of Sullivan & Cromwell and Robinson Silverman Pearce Aronsohn & Berman, where he managed numerous mortgage-backed securities transactions.  Mr. Gualario received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Columbia University and completed his graduate coursework at Harvard University.  Mr. Gualario presently holds a Series 65 license from the NASD.

Mr. Clearie is responsible for all of Gualario & Co.’s technical needs.  Prior to joining the firm, he served as Executive Vice President of Sensor Technologies Incorporated, an Inc.500 company, which specializes in technology solutions and services to the US Government and Commercial sectors.  Mr. Clearie has vast experience in computer programming, management, supervision, project management, system design, application development, testing, and systems support through consulting and management positions that he held at Lucent Technologies, AT&T, and General Cable Co.  Mr. Clearie received his Bachelor of Science degree from Rutgers University.
